Two days of baking with Head Baker Joanna
Set high on the Limerick Greenway, our Baking Camp is two delicious days in the kitchen. Led by Head Baker Joanna, children learn to measure, mix and prepare ingredients as they make a whole range of sweet and savoury bakes.
From pizza dough and bacon & cheese scones to lemon muffins and decorated tarts — there's tasting along the way and a Tasting Treats lunchtoo.
All tools and ingredients are provided and no experience is needed — just bring an appetite. Every baker takes home a recipe folder and their bakes.
