Hunt the patch, pick your pumpkin, and paint it your own.
Book nowGrab a bucket and go hunting! Pumpkins are hidden all around the grounds at Barnagh. Find yours, then bring it back to the paint tables and make it your own.
Paints, brushes and colouring sheets are all laid on. Every child takes home the pumpkin they found and painted, ready for the windowsill on Halloween night.
Two hours of outdoor Halloween fun for ages 4–12. Little ones may need a hand with the hunt, so grown-ups stay with their children throughout.

What to bring
Warm clothes and boots or wellies – the hunt is outdoors and the grounds can be muddy. Costumes are very welcome.
Restrictions
The hunt crosses grass and uneven ground, so suitable footwear is necessary. An adult must stay with their child throughout.
Disclaimers
Barnagh is an outdoor venue and the activity goes ahead in Irish October weather. Parking is on site and the café is open. Photos may be taken on the day for Barnagh Greenway Hub social media.
Cancellations
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellation will be accepted up to 3 days prior to the event. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by email with any queries. No-shows will be charged the full price.
